Köhler's Etudes d'expression #1
I recorded the first of Ernesto Köhler’s “Etudes d’expression, Op. 89” for the Etude of the Week Facebook group. Allegro Moderato in C Major is a lovely little piece that I was happy to learn.
This book seems to be a bit more difficult, technically and musically, than Köhler Opus 33 Book 1 and it certainly will be interesting to explore this flute repertoire in greater depth over the coming weeks and months.
